"Simply fantastic!"
Service was simply fantastic, the site is awesome, and my order showed up right on schedule as they said - plus, the cherry on top: a pack of Haribo included with the delivery note to brighten the mood, just magic! Cheers, I’ll surely be shopping with tradefit again.

No complaints here.
I accidentally ordered the wrong product, but their next day delivery is legit. The carpenter was super pleased he didn’t have to return the following week because of my blunder.
The quality of the items is great, and I ended up ordering too much, but their customer service for returns was fantastic.
Their prices are unbeatable as well.

"Amazing customer support!"
Amazing customer support. I've bought 9 door handles from this place so far. Just the other day, I made my order at 4:50pm and got an email 10 minutes after saying it was on its way. It showed up the very next day! I'm thrilled, and the door handles are just right. Thanks a bunch!

"Awesome items and superb support"
I got some door handles and latches, and they’re really good quality at nice prices. The customer service was top-notch; I called them because I messed up one of the pieces, and they found a spare part they had just sitting around and shipped it out at no cost.

I'm really pleased with my order. It seems to be of great quality, and the prices were the best I could track down.
Initially, I made my first purchase from a different company that charged more, thinking TradeFit only catered to professionals since they mention 'hardware direct to the trade.' However, when I revisited their site a few weeks later for some price checks, I discovered they actually welcome retail customers as well, so anyone can place an order!

Tradefit offers an impressive range of shelving choices, all at really good prices. The products I received were nicely packed, shipped out fast, and when they showed up the next day, they were top quality and just right for what I needed.
